Stress Reduction Programs

photo-43_2Stress Reduction Lunch & Learn (1 hour)

This one-hour program covers: The science behind stress (Why are we stressed?  And why do we stay stressed?), how our bodies respond to stress, how to utilize our physical response to stress in relieving stress, and other tools for relieving stress.

Stress Reduction Seminar (2 hours)

This seminar builds off of the Lunch & Learn material and goes into greater depth regarding both our physical and psycho-emotional response to stress.  Participants also learn how to identify perspectives and utilize this awareness to move into choice, allowing them to feel more empowered in their lives.

Four-Week Stress Reduction Program

  • Twice a week 45-minute Classes designed to open a dialogue about stress, perspectives, and body-movement.  Participants will engage in simple stretches, breath techniques, and dialogue about stress and stress-management techniques.
  • Twice a week email reminders and suggestions to incorporate into the work day
  • One 45-minute coaching session per participant

Sixteen-Week Program

  • Once a week 45-minute Classes designed to open a dialogue about stress, perspectives, and body-movement.  participants will engage in simple stretches, breath techniques, and dialogue about stress and stress-management techniques.
  • Once a week email reminders and suggestions to incorporate into the work day
  • Four 45-minute coaching session per participant

One-Week Intensive

  • Five 45-minute Classes designed to open a dialogue about stress, perspectives, and body-movement.  participants will engage in simple stretches, breath techniques, and dialogue about stress and stress-management techniques.
  • One 30-minute coaching session per participant

Monthly Maintenance

(Designed to be used as maintenance after a longer program has been attended)

  • Once a month 30-minute Class designed to reinvigorate stress-management techniques, and remind participants of commitments they’ve made to themselves.
